Arch. Roberto Caporossi
Architect, graduated from the University of Camerino (MC) with a thesis in architectural restoration and urban redevelopment, enrolled in the Order of Architects of the Province of Fermo, professional accredited for knowledge of environmental rating systems.
Over the years has collaborated with companies and firms to improve his own professional skills even beyond the architectural area; in the past he has worked together with architects, engineers, and construction companies (also wooden buildings for the post-earthquake Central Italy 2016) to provide an integrated multi-disciplinary design proposal according to the last sustainability criteria.
For several years he has been working with companies and studios to train professionals and construction site staff on environmental rating systems. The goal is to facilitate the inter-disciplinary design for complex construction sites in order to simplify the typical requests of standards such as LEED, WELL, GBC HOME, SITES, etc. in addition to providing support also for the current national standards including CAM and DNSH principle. All this together with the typical design and construction activities for project management. He is a professional accredited under the UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17024 standard as LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP, and GBC Historic Building AP, and also provides support to CxA and companies to demonstrate design compliance with Commissioning process (fundamental and enhanced).
