Palazzo Bezzi Cervigni has got six levels (it would be seven with the one considered as misaligned); you can access from via Mazzini through the portal that leads to the first basement floor or using the main entrance door on piazza Marconi.
Starting from the lower levels, there are two basement floors (plus an intermediate one) and in addition to these there is also a fully underground floor accessed through an internal staircase with a single room (carve) consisting of several niches carved into the rock.

Mainly there are two stairs set on a series of rib vaults which rise from the second basement to the last floor, In addition to these, a third internal staircase connecting the spaces presumably dedicated for the staff who worked inside the building. The master rooms adjacent to via Mazzini are richly decorated with frescoes, there are some valuable ceiling coffers while other spaces have wooden beams with a double framework; the main internal staircase, with vaults set on half pillars, has marble or stone finishes and tuscan-like ornaments for the vertical elements. The floors of the rooms vary according to the functions considering the west side spaces are meant to be as a group of boardrooms: the flooring are made with italian marble grit, stone local tiles with geometric decorative patterns, wooden boards laid in herringbone or horizontally according to an ornamental arrangement, and original cotto flooring of the 19th century.

Externally, the building has a composition of facades almost homogeneous, as noted, especially for the façades that overlook to via Mazzini and piazza Marconi: the brick wall is not provided with the layer of an external plaster (exception for rare cases) with rectangular wooden windows equipped with external shutters; the windows of the main staircase spaces have a semi-circular glazed ceiling. Regarding the outside, the internal courtyard connects some rooms of the first and second basement floor, each one opened to the eastern overview. There is also a single balcony on the first floor (sea side), with a mixed structure in masonry and iron supports underlying. The courtyard in the background allows to see a beautiful panorama on the hills and untile the coastline. The project wants to renovate the indoor spaces and improve the outside for a better availability of the building.
